Handmade chunky heavy necklace made of sterling silver plated steel chain and European Zamak. The European zamak is 12 microns sterling silver plated.
Zamak is an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper. It is hypoallergenic and is silver plated. Our silver-plated goods are top quality to guarantee the durability of all our models. We have the quality certificates of the plating and these certificates are available to our customers.
All necklaces include in the description the approximate length. If you want your necklace in another length, please, get in touch with us.

All our articles are entirely handmade in our workshops in Madrid and Valencia.
In our handmade designs we only use first quality materials. We never use materials made in Asia. We work only with materials manufactured entirely in the EU under the strict quality controls of the EU. Most of the materials are manufactured in Spain.

Small differences can be occur between the pieces. Each one is unique.
In our store you will find a wide selection of unique gifts for men and women. All our designs are sent in a beautiful cloth bag perfectly decorated and ideal for a gift. Products also includes an exclusive cleaning towel for our jewelry.
If you wish, we can include in the jewelry bag a personalized message written by hand or printed in a beautiful card.


INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESERVE OUR DESIGNS:
Please keep it away from light, air and humidity.
Clean it with the cloth included in the bag. Do not use abrasive silver cleaning products.


ELABORATION AND SHIPPING:

The elaboration of the designs usually takes us between 2 and 5 days. This period is not usually passed but may vary depending on the orders received. In the case that we estimate that some delay may occur in the elaboration procedure we will contact you.
Shipping to the US can take between 10 and 15 business days. On many occasions this time is shorter.
An express courier service is also available (DHL World Express). Your order will be received in 3 working days. If you are interested, please contact us for the cost of this shipment. For express courier your telephone number is necessary.
Our products have a 100% guarantee. Please, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of it, do not hesitate to contact us. In the case of the return, this will always be done within 14 days after receiving the order. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the order arrives defective or by mistake.
