All our articles are entirely handmade in our workshops in Madrid and Valencia. In our handmade designs we only use first quality materials. We never use materials made in Asia. We work only with materials manufactured entirely in the EU under the strict quality controls of the EU. Most of the materials are manufactured in Spain.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESERVE OUR DESIGNS: When storing, please keep it away from light and humidity. Clean it with the cloth included in the bag. Do not use abrasive silver cleaning products.

ELABORATION AND SHIPPING:

The elaboration of the designs usually takes us between 2 and 5 days. This period is not usually passed but may vary depending on the orders received. In the case that we estimate that some delay may occur in the elaboration procedure we will contact you. Shipping to the US can take between 10 and 15 business days. On many occasions this time is shorter. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE WITH TRACKING SERVICE. THE COST IS FIXED AND IS ONLY CHARGED FOR THE FIRST ITEM ADDED. THE REST OF THE ITEMS IN THE ORDER WILL BE INCLUDED WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST.
