Zamak is an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper. It is hypoallergenic and silver plated. Our silver plated products are of the highest quality to guarantee the durability of all our models. We have plating quality certificates and these certificates are available to our clients.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESERVE OUR DESIGNS:

Clean it with the cloth included in the bag. Do not use abrasive silver cleaning products. We are not responsible for any possible loss or delay in postal or customs services.

All our items are made entirely by hand in our workshops in Madrid and Valencia.

In our handmade designs we only use top quality materials. We never use materials made in Asia. We only work with materials manufactured entirely in the EU under strict EU quality controls. Most of the materials are manufactured in Spain.

The development of the designs usually takes us between 2 and 5 days. This period is not usually passed but may vary depending on the orders received. In the event that we estimate that there may be a delay in the production procedure, we will contact you.

Shipping to the US may take 10-15 business days. In many cases this time is shorter.

An express courier service (DHL World Express) is also available. Your order will be received in 3 business days. If you are interested, please contact us to find out the cost of this shipment. For urgent messaging your phone number is necessary.

In some cases, in countries outside the EU, customs clearance may result in a tax charge. These taxes are specific to each country. Customer is responsible for country-specific taxes.
