INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESERVE OUR DESIGNS: When storing, please keep it away from light and humidity. Clean it with the cloth included in the bag. Do not use abrasive cleaning products.

The elaboration of the designs usually takes us between 2 and 5 days. This period is not usually passed but may vary depending on the orders received. In the case that we estimate that some delay may occur in the elaboration procedure we will contact you. Shipping to the US can take between 10 and 15 business days. On many occasions this time is shorter. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE WITH TRACKING SERVICE. THE COST IS FIXED AND IS ONLY CHARGED FOR THE FIRST ITEM ADDED. THE REST OF THE ITEMS IN THE ORDER WILL BE INCLUDED WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST. An express courier service is also available (DHL World Express). Your order will be received in 3 working days. If you are interested, please contact us for the cost of this shipment. For express courier your telephone number is necessary. In the case of the return, this will always be done within 14 days after receiving the order.
