INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESERVE OUR DESIGNS: When storing, please keep it away from light and humidity. Clean it with the cloth included in the bag.

ELABORATION AND SHIPPING:

The elaboration of the designs usually takes us between 2 and 5 days. This period is not usually passed but may vary depending on the orders received. In the case that we estimate that some delay may occur in the elaboration procedure we will contact you. Shipping to the US can take between 10 and 15 business days. On many occasions this time is shorter. An express courier service is also available (DHL World Express). Your order will be received in 3 working days. If you are interested, please contact us for the cost of this shipment. For express courier your telephone number is necessary. Our products have a 100% guarantee. Please, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of it, do not hesitate to contact us. In the case of the return, this will always be done within 14 days after receiving the order. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the order arrives defective or by mistake. Get in touch with us whenever you want.
