Clean it with the cloth included in the bag. Do not use abrasive silver cleaning products.

Our designs are handmade in our workshops in Madrid and Valencia.

We only use first quality materials. We work only with materials manufactured entirely in the EU under the strict quality controls of the EU. Most of the materials are manufactured in Spain.

All our products are customized. If you want any variation on an existing product we can make an exclusive design for you.

In the case of bracelet, it is important that you correctly chose the correct size of your wrist. Please measure correctly your wrist. Do not add any extra inches. We will make the bracelet so that it is comfortable. Keep in mind that we are not asking you about the size of your bracelet, we are asking about the perimeter of your wrist.

All necklaces include in the description the approximate length. If you want your necklace in another length, please, get in touch with us.

The elaboration of the designs usually takes us between 2 and 5 days. This period is not usually passed but may vary depending on the orders received. In the case that we estimate that some delay may occur in the elaboration procedure we will contact you.
