INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESERVE OUR DESIGNS: When storing, please keep it away from light and humidity. Clean it with the cloth included in the bag. Do not use abrasive silver cleaning products.

All our articles are entirely made by hand in our workshops in Madrid and Valencia.

In our handmade designs we only use first quality materials. W never use materials made in Asia. We work only with materials manufactured entirely in the EU under the strict quality controls of the EU. Most of the materials are manufactured in Spain.

The elaboration of the designs usually takes us between 2 and 5 days. This period is not usually passed but may vary depending on the orders received. In the case that we estimate that some delay may occur in the elaboration procedure we will contact you.

If the shipping costs paid by the customer are higher than the real expenses, we will reimburse the difference. You will never pay more for a shipment of the real cost.

An express courier service is also available (DHL World Express). Your order will be received in 3 working days. If you are interested, please contact us for the cost of this shipment. For express courier your telephone number is necessary. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE WITH TRACKING SERVICE. THE COST IS FIXED AND IS ONLY CHARGED FOR THE FIRST ITEM ADDED. THE REST OF THE ITEMS IN THE ORDER WILL BE INCLUDED WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST.

In some cases, in countries outside the EU, customs clearance can produce the tax charge. These taxes are specific to each country. Customer are responsible for country specific taxes.

Our products have a 100% guarantee. Please, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of it, do not hesitate to contact us. In the case of the return, this will always be done within 14 days after receiving the order. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the order arrives defective or by mistake.
