INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESERVE OUR DESIGNS:

The ring is adjustable. Don’t force the ring out of the sizes indicated. Don’t open and close the ring frequently, it could be broken.

Keep away from light, air and moisture. Clean it with the cloth included in the bag. Do not use abrasive silver cleaning products.

Made in Spain. All our items are made entirely by hand in our workshops in Madrid and Valencia.

In our handmade designs we only use top quality materials. We never use materials made in Asia. We only work with materials manufactured entirely in the EU under strict EU quality controls. Most of the materials are manufactured in Spain.

All our products are handmade. Minor differences may occur between pieces. Each one is unique. In the case of colored beads, small differences can also be found. It depends on the current stock of accounts.

The development of designs usually takes us between 2 and 5 days. This period does not usually elapse but may vary depending on the orders received. In the event that we estimate that there may be a delay in the production procedure, we will contact you.

Shipping to USA may take 10-15 business days. In many cases this time is shorter.
