Zamak is an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper. It is hypoallergenic and silver-plated. Our silver-plated products are of the highest quality to ensure the durability of all our models. We have silver-plated quality certificates, which are available to our customers.

Our leathers are entirely handmade in Spain. They are of superior quality and, due to their natural manufacturing process, may show slight differences in thickness or color.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESERVING OUR DESIGNS:
When storing, keep away from light and moisture. Clean with the cloth included in the bag. Do not use abrasive silver-cleaning products.

Our designs are handmade in our workshops in Madrid and Valencia.

We only use top-quality materials. We work exclusively with materials manufactured entirely in the EU, under strict EU quality controls. Most materials are manufactured in Spain.

There may be slight differences between pieces. Each piece is unique. In the case of colored beads, slight differences may also occur. This depends on the bead stock.

All our products are personalized. If you would like a variation on an existing product, we can create a unique design for you.

All necklaces include the approximate length in the description. If you would like a necklace of a different length, please contact us.

It usually takes us between 2 and 5 days to process designs. This timeframe does not usually elapse but may vary depending on the orders received. If we estimate that there may be a delay in the production process, we will contact you. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE WITH TRACKED SERVICE. THE COST IS FIXED AND IS ONLY CHARGED FOR THE FIRST ITEM ADDED. ALL OTHER ITEMS IN THE ORDER WILL BE INCLUDED WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE.

Shipping to the US can take 10-15 business days. In many cases, this timeframe is shorter.

Express courier service (DHL World Express) is also available. Your order will be received within 3 business days. If you are interested, please contact us for shipping costs. For express courier services, your phone number is required.

In some cases, in countries outside the EU, customs clearance may incur taxes. These taxes are country-specific. The customer is responsible for any country-specific taxes.
